Junior Application

Junior Volunteer Recruitment is now open for those 13-17 years of age on or before July 15, 2013. 

To register, please download the form below and submit your application to the Championship Office.  Please do not register using the online system. 

Space is very limited and will be filled based on the information that is provided on the application.  You will be contacted when your application is received and when the applications have been reviewed.
